By using our online store, you are agreeing to be abide by our terms and conditions and all policies mentioned on this website.

Prior to placing an order, you must:

1. Read and understand the disclaimer.
2. Agree to our returns policy

About Your Orders

1. Once an order is placed. We are unable to ADD or DELETE to that order.
2. If an ITEM is out of stock. We are unable to place it on BACK ORDER. You will need to re-order it at a later time.
3. Please do not DOUBLE ORDER by phoning and faxing or emailing the same order. We will see a phone and a fax order as two seperate orders and send you the order twice. Please enclose the order and prescription together.
4. We will offer to keep your repeats on file, to speed up the re-ordering process of your repeats medications.
5. We reserve the right to charge administration fee if a credit card is declined continuously and we spend time phoning the custmer and delaying the order.

Returns Policy

1. Products can be returned if Your Chemist Shop has made an error in shipping the goods to you. Products must be returned in original condition. Once the goods have been returned, we will credit your credit card.
