Mix 2 level scoops (50g) of Quick Loss with 250-300mL of liquid such as water, dairy milk or unsweetened milk substitute such as soy, rice, oat, almond milk or canned coconut milk.
If using coconut milk, dilute with 50% water to prevent it being too thick.
