Postage and Handling

Your Chemist Shop use Australia Post’s eParcel service for National deliveries.

A signature on delivery is required otherwise your parcel will be carted to your local post office.

Free Postage for National orders over $140 weighing up to 5kg.

For Orders not fitting the above criteria a flat postage charge of $8.95 is applied*.

Your Chemist Shop reserves the right to apply a heavy surcharge fee for very heavy orders (We will always contact you before we apply any charges.)

Express Post is available and charged as per Australia Post Express Post rates which can be found on the Australia Post website or calculated on our website once you’ve selected the items that you wish to purchase.

Postage is calculated according to the destination and weight of your parcel and is displayed PRIOR to checkout and prior to the payment step.

Please note that your order is being shipped from Sydney NSW, Please allow sufficient time for your order to arrive if you live in WA or country towns. Please check Australia Post website for estimated delivery times for your state.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Charged as per Australia Post International  Post rates which can be found on the Australia Post website or calculated on our website once you’ve selected the items that you wish to purchase.

Shipping Insurance is offered at the checkout and is strongly recommended for ALL national orders.

Shipping insurance is mandatory for ALL international orders.
