The Optifast strawberry flavoured milkshake is the perfect option for a refreshing and tasty shake. It is nutritionally complete and high in fibre and offers a delicious meal replacement alternative.

Directions for use: Simply add one sachet of Optifast to 200mL of cold water. Stir, blend or shake the liquid until the contents of the sachet are fully dissolved. Do not use boiling water.
