Optifast Chicken soup is a savoury satisfying meal alternative.
Optifast chicken soup is nutritionally complete and high in fibre.
USAGE: If you are on a very low energy diet, you can replace ALL meals with three sachets (54g each) per day. Additionally, consume at least 2 litres of calorie free fluids and up to 2 cups of low starch vegetables per day. Accompanied by a program of regular light exercise will enhance wellbeing and liklehood of success.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE: Add one sachet of Optifast to 200ml hot water. Stir to dissolve. If desired, more water can be added. Alternatively, add 1 sachet to 200ml cold water, stir vigorously, cover and microwave on high for 1 minute, or heat gently on the stove whilst stirring.
One serve of OPTIFAST VLCD SOUP can be replaced with one serve of any other product in the optifast VLCD range ( milckshakes, desserts, bars)
WHO CAN TAKE OPTIFAST? Optifast is recommended to be taken under the supervision of a healthcare professional. It is inducated for persons with a BMI>30 or a BMI >27 with medical conditions associated with obesity such as high cholesterol, high blood pressure or non-insulin dependent diabetes.
