HOW TO USE: Add one sachet of Optifast Lemon creme dessert to 200ml cold water and mix vigorously with a whisk or a fork. Leave to stand for 5 minutes preferably in the fridge. Store covered in the fridge and use within 24 hours.

In addition to the sachets, it’s important to drink two litres of calorie-free fluid, preferably water, and eat two cups of low starch vegetables every day.
