Directions
Recommended adult dosage: Take one to two tablets an hour before going to sleep, or as directed by a physician.

Cautions
Not recommended for children. Children and those who are pregnant or nursing are not recommended to use Kava.
Do not drive or use heavy machinery after taking Natural Deep Sleep.
