Naprogesic Tabs 275Mg Naproxen 24s$6.95

Naprogesic Tabs 275Mg Naproxen 24s

Quantity:
Naprogesic is a non steroidal anti-inflammatory (NSAID) which is specially designed to treat the cause of period pain. It does this by inhibiting prostaglandin production.

Naprogesic works best when taken the day before your period is due as this allows it to reduce the production of prostaglandins before they can cause pain. Naprogesic should be taken with food.
A typical cycle lasts for 28 days, if your periods are irregular (longer or shorter than 28 days); take Naprogesic at the first sign of period pain or bleeding (whichever occurs first).

To maximise the benefits of Naprogesic it helps to know your monthly cycle. Our online planner may assist you in identifying your individual cycle.

Active ingredient: Naproxen Sodium 275 mg

Lactose free
Gluten free

Can everyone take Naprogesic?

Naprogesic is suitable for adolescents from the onset of normal puberty.

Most women can take Naprogesic without a problem. However as with all medications, there may be a small number of people who are sensitive to the active ingredient. If you experience any side effects which concern you, stop taking Naprogesic and see your doctor for advice.

Do not take Naprogesic if you have a stomach ulcer or other stomach disorder. If you have asthma, a history of high blood pressure, liver or kidney disease, or are currently taking another medication, you should see your doctor for their advice before taking Naprogesic. Do not use if you have impaired kidney function or heart failure.

If you are allergic to naproxen, aspirin or other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), or are currently taking other medicines containing naproxen, aspirin or other NSAIDs, do not take Naprogesic.

If you are currently taking anti-coagulant therapy, do not take Naprogesic unless it is with the recommendation and close supervision of your doctor. Severe complications may arise if these two medications are taken together.

Naprogesic has been found in the breast milk of lactating mothers. As the effect of Naprogesic on the newborn infant is not known, it is not recommended for breastfeeding mothers.
