Each tablet contains:

Directions for use:
Adults: Take one to two tablets daily with food or as directed.

Use only as directed, always read the label. If symptoms persist consult your healthcare professional. This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 100 mcg of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. Selenium containing products are not suitable for use by children under the age of 15 years. Vitamins can only be of assistance if the dietary vitamin intake is inadequate. Do not use if cap and/or bottle safety seals are missing or broken.
