What is Insomin-X?
The ingredients in Insomin-X have been traditionally used as sedatives to help minimise sleep disturbances and insomnia. In particular, Valerian and Hops used in combination is known to be particularly helpful for sleep disorders.

Insomin-X combines trusted, traditionally used and clinically studied herbs and vitamins with new innovative technology. The bi-layer technology enables the fusion of two formulas and two types of delivery in one tablet, helping you go to sleep and stay asleep.

The first layer provides the potent combination of Valerian, Hops and Lemon Balm to put you to sleep quickly. The second layer contains more Valerian, Ashwagandha and B Vitamins to improve sleep quality and reduce waking during the night. This provides a good night sleep which is essential for feeling energised and alert in the morning.

Directions
Adults: Take1 tablet, 1 – 2 times in the hour before bed, or as professionally prescribed.
Do not exceed 2 tablets daily.
