What is it for?

Relief of the symtoms of head colds such as blocked or runny nose and sneezing.

Dosage

Adults: 4 sprays or 2 tablets. Children 6 - 12 years: 2 sprays or 1 tablet. Initially, spray under the tongue or dissolve tablet under the tongue every half hour for up to 4 doses. Thereafter, 4 hourly until symptoms abate. Use only as directed. If symptoms persist consult your healthcare practitioner.

Each glucose tablet is medicated with 278µg of each of:
Arsen. alb. 6C, Hepar sulf. 6C, Kali bich. 3C, Pulsatilla 3X, Aconitum nap. 3C, Allium cepa 2C, Euphrasia officinalis 4C, Nat. mur. 3C, Nux vomica 5C.



Helpful hints


Bed rest, light meals and plenty of clear fluids will help you to recover.
Vitamin C and zinc may help reduce the length and severity of your symptoms if you don't get enough vitamins and minerals through your normal diet.
Try a steam inhalation with a few drops of eucalyptus or tea tree oil added.
