Whats does each capsule contain?
The ingredients per 2 capsules are: Cellulose 300 mg; MASQUELIER’s® Original OPCs (rich in Flavan-3-ols from Pinus Maritima bark and Vitis Vinifera seeds) 100 mg. The capsule itself is made of plant material. ANTHOGENOL® can be taken by vegetarians.

How many capsules should I take?
We recommend a maintenance dosage of 2 capsules but 2 to 4 ANTHOGENOL® capsules can be taken per day. The recommended daily dosage should not be exceeded.
