ANTHOGENOL® can be taken with meals but it is best taken on an empty stomach or in between meals, with a glass of fruit juice or water. Avoid taking ANTHOGENOL® with protein rich foods such as milk. Always drink sufficient amounts of water per day. Whats does each capsule contain? The ingredients per 2 capsules are: Cellulose 300 mg; MASQUELIER’s® Original OPCs (rich in Flavan-3-ols from Pinus Maritima bark and Vitis Vinifera seeds) 100 mg. The capsule itself is made of plant material. ANTHOGENOL® can be taken by vegetarians. How many capsules should I take? We recommend a maintenance dosage of 2 capsules but 2 to 4 ANTHOGENOL® capsules can be taken per day. The recommended daily dosage should not be exceeded. ANTHOGENOL® should not be regarded as a substitute for a healthy and varied diet. When pregnant or lactating consult your health-care professional before taking ANTHOGENOL®. How should I store my ANTHOGENOL®? ANTHOGENOL® capsules should be stored in the pack in a cool dark place, out of reach from children.
